Trump pushes Zelenskyy to finalize minerals deal
Meanwhile, US President Donald Trump asked Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy to quickly sign a rare earth minerals agreement with the United States.
Trump said that Ukraine had delayed signing the deal by about three weeks. He called for the papers to be finalized as soon as possible.

Russian general killed in car explosion near Moscow
In another serious development, a high-ranking Russian general was killed near Moscow.
The explosion happened in Balashikha, a town outside the capital. It occurred around 10:40 a.m. when the general was walking near a parked Volkswagen Golf.
Photos from the scene show that the car was packed with powerful explosives. Experts believe the bomb used grenade launcher parts.
Officials have not yet revealed the general’s name. Investigations are ongoing.
